Original Hot Yoga it's the original! Often referred to as "bikram method", this 90 minute session is designed to open the body and focus the mind. Concentrating on breath and stillness, this series incorporates 26 traditional yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to 105 degrees.
Experience Needed: While Hot Yoga is challenging, it is accessible to all ages and all ability levels. The heat in the room helps the body access postures while relieving stress and pain from the body.
