Taking a cue from all the interest we had during Zeb Homison's YogaFit workshop in June, we have created a 10-week class designed to be a fun, energizing exploration of your practice!
All ages and levels of practice are welcome! Each week we will work on conditioning exercises and delve into a different set of postures to help build a deeper understanding of your practice.
