Yoga Factory's Fusion class is like your favorite mix-tape of classes, pulling from all the styles of yoga that we offer here at the studio to bring you an action-packed, challenging 60 minute class. You'll get your heart pumping, sweat, and build focus and concentration at the same time!

You'll see all the basic Hot Yoga 26&2 postures, as well as Ashtanga/Vinyasa Postures, and some longer holds like Yin Yoga towards the end. Challenge yourself today and see how this class can change your practice!
