This Mindful Yoga Retreat includes 3 days and 2 nights in a collaborative environment. Join us for a week at Azul Hotel & Retreat in Guanacaste, Costa Rica! This beautiful retreat space is full of everything you need to enjoy a nourishing week in nature. This retreat is designed for the yogi looking to deepen their practice, and for the teacher looking to revive their "why."
We will be right on the coast, allowing access to the beach front, pools on site, specialty treatments, daily yoga (Vinyasa flow style, Original Hot Yoga, posture clinics, and workshops), as well as freshly prepared meals, comfortable accommodations, and group excursions designed to immerse in the culture of the area.
The Azul Hotel & Retreat Center is in one of the worlds "blue zones," which are regions around the world where people live long, healthy lives and promote a lifestyle that contribute to longevity and well-being.
Tuition includes: accommodations, airport transfers, all meals, and all classes/ workshops. We will be gifting the group 1-2 excursions, and will have other optional activities available for additional fees if desired.
