Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, fun class with the core principle of moving "with your breath".  Stemming from the Ashtanga System, these classes provide a wide variety of techniques to help you connect your mind and body.

This approach tends to be more "athletic" and use more upper body strength than some other styles that YF offers, including Sun Salutations, Upward and Downward Facing Dog Postures, etc...

Heat Level:  Medium to Low

Mat Required

Music:  Sometimes

Level: 2 (Beginner to Intermediate)
